“…Started taking Diet Magic when I received it on Saturday.

Its amazing…

Although previous to Saturday I was watching what I ate and eating healthy, the scales had stalled.

I take one at 6:30 AM and one at 6:30 PM. I never feel hungry, it does make me feel thirsty (a known side effect of many things including B-Phenylethylamine HCL) but even that is a plus as I am downing water getting in 2-4 liters (which is what my kidney Dr. prefers that I drink in a day).

Any-how, I weighed myself last night…A BIG NO NO, yes I know…but I have lost…drum-roll, please…5 lbs since Saturday, (even weighing at night, typically I weigh 2-4 lbs heavier at night). I can tell I am loosing inches as my skirts are much looser.

I think the thing I like best is that I don’t feel hungry. It is easy to not eat/ ignore food if you are not hungry.
